What:

Boot Camp-Style fitness classes for kids. The kids will be doing obstacle courses
and drills designed for their age and developmental level. Every class will be
different, keeping them interested and giving them challenges that will invigorate
their minds and bodies. During the 45 minute classes, an emphasis will also be put
on nutrition, with important information given to the parents regarding their child's
    development and nutritional needs.

Why:

Kids Camp Las Vegas was founded by Julie Johnston, CEO of Boot Camp Las
    Vegas.

"We want to share the excitement and exhilaration adults have experienced from
regular boot camp with kids. It seems like parents have two options when wanting
to help their children get fit, either enroll them in a sports program, or rely on P.E. in
schools, which has recently been decreased to once a week in some schools. We
wanted to start a program where kids can work out in a basic, boot camp-style
atmosphere that teaches them about fitness, and helps them develop a love for
    fitness early.

How many of us remember the way sports and P.E. made us feel? We were either
the athletic kids who excelled at the sports, or the kids on the sidelines hating that
we weren't coordinated. At Kids Camp, your kids can participate in exercises and
games that focus on fitness and effort, not performance and ability.

We have taught every age level, from 5 to 18, and every child has left feeling
empowered and excited about fitness and health. The curriculum is especially good
    at including every fitness level.

The Kids Camp workouts are fun and challenging for every level of athleticism, and
for every type of kid, from book worm to computer game junkie to outdooraholic.
Let's help our kids get and stay fit for a lifetime!"
